White Chocolate Soupe




One of the Valentines Day 2010 Afters:





White Chocolate Soup/ Guanaja Dome/Caramel/
Bergamot Orange/ Brioche

Under the dome you'll finde the soup combined with a creamy Buttercaramel.
To contrast the sugar i introduced some Bergamotorange pearls. Beside there are some little preparations like dried citrus peels, Bloodorange gelatine cubes, aromatized herbs...

In search of inspiration

Im working on the convertition "B-52" Shot <->"Dessert-Shot"
Irish cream, Coffee, Grand Marnier...great combination.

Hope to finish this evening...will show results.

Rock/Ground/Vegetables/Sweet Mushrooms
It will show the transition of a salty dish into a sweet using Praslin, Honey, Pollen, Fir and Cranberrys.
